Jeff Funkouser traded in his career as a computer engineer to become a "house husband" and full time wood worker. Jeff designs and constructs wooden "perpetual motion" devices which mount on the wall and fascinate every passer-by with the continuously rolling wooden balls. Jeff's gravity ball machines include many "tricks" and "switches" so that the viewer becomes enchanted with the "what comes next" for the next ball. Jeff has also designed a unique wall clock that logs each minute with the arrival of a wooden ball. If you look closely, you can see "how a computer works" in the binary sorts for each clock and "Rube Goldberg" motion machine.
