Bonika just simply has a great sense of humor! She constructs soft-fabric sculptures in a variety of forms--the most notable of which is the Six Foot Zebra "Butler"--complete with tux and tails and roller skates--who greets visitors to the Wood Gallery. Bonika also has a whole "menagerie" of figures --from the "French Maid" (English Bulldog) to the Frog Prince. Bonica also does special commission pieces.
