Phil Clausen has been working with wood for several decades. He is well-known for his "mushroom Lamps" made from Myrtle or Maple burls and which can stand upwards of about eight feet. Phil also makes large tables and furnishings for corporate enterprises and has been known to be working on dozens of projects at the same time. Phil lives on the Southern Coast of Oregon and has access to scores of unique burls.
